A family that turns the house so you do not have to
Harriet Applewhite started Sandbar to take the turnover off absentee owners. Her son Montez keeps the calendar, and a crew of twelve works the Saturdays.
We work one stretch of coast, so we know which condo towers have slow elevators and which houses hold sand in the porch screen. Every house gets a lead, and the same lead learns it.
