Mid-stay and deep clean
For the long stays and the quiet months
A guest who stays three weeks or a winter will want a clean partway through. And once a year the house needs the jobs a Saturday turnover has no time for.
Two services
Booked with the guest, never by surprise
Fresh linens and towels, trash out
A deep clean in the off season
Photos for you either way

Mid-stay
What a mid-stay clean covers
For stays of a week or more. The guest picks the day, and we tell you when we are going.
Kitchen and bathrooms
Wiped, scrubbed and restocked.
Beds and towels
Fresh linens and towels, with the guest's say on timing.
Floors and trash
Vacuumed, mopped and the trash out.
Left alone
Anything personal is not moved. We work around it.
Deep clean
What a seasonal deep clean adds
January and February are quiet, and the house is empty more often. That is when the deep clean fits.
Baseboards and trim
Wiped by hand, corners and edges included.
Tile and grout
Scrubbed in the showers and the kitchen backsplash.
Glass and tracks
Slider tracks cleared of sand, glass cleaned inside and out where we can reach.
The salt film
Railings, outdoor furniture and the screens that take the weather.
Inside the appliances
Oven, fridge and dishwasher filter.
Mattress and cushion check
Looked over, flipped where it can be, and noted in the report.
Questions about longer cleans
Who decides when a mid-stay clean happens?
The guest, with you. We confirm the day with the guest through you or your manager.
How far ahead do I book a deep clean?
Ask in the fall for the winter months. Summer Saturdays take up most of the crew, so the quiet months are the ones with room.
Plan the quiet months
We answer within one business day.
