The calendar
Season by season
The coast fills and empties on a schedule. Here is what it does to ours.
- March to May
Spring
Spring break weekends and the first warm Saturdays. Add days to your calendar early so a crew is held.
- June to August
Summer
Saturdays from Memorial Day to Labor Day fill first. We take a new house only when a crew has room for it.
- September to November
Fall
Quieter weekdays and steadier weekends. A good time for a new house to start.
- December to February
Winter
Long stays and the year's deep cleans. Mid-stay cleans are most of the work.
