Linen and laundry
Linens, washed and put back
Sunscreen, sand and salt are hard on sheets. We strip, count, wash, fold and make the beds again, and we tell you when a set is worn.
How it works
A count in and a count out
Washed at the house or in our laundry
Stained or worn sets set aside and photographed
Folded the way your closet is set up

The steps
From the bed to the closet and back
Cinthia Guerra leads laundry and keeps your count.
Strip and count
Sheets, pillowcases, towels and mats come off and are counted against your par.
Wash
On the house machines if it has them, or bagged and taken to our laundry. Bagged linens come back the same turnover.
Fold and put away
Spare sets go back to the closet in the order you want.
Set aside what is not right
A stain that did not come out or a worn edge goes in a separate bag with a photo and a note in your report.
Machines
Where the laundry gets done
If your house has a washer and dryer we use them. If it does not, or the machines are slow, the linens go to ours.
Two ways
At the house: the cycle runs while we clean
Off site: bagged, counted and back before check-in
Fragrance-free detergent on request
Your own linens only; we do not rent sets

Beside the linens
What costs extra
These are not in the standard turnover.
Replacing a set
We tell you when one is worn. You decide what to buy.
Comforters and duvets
Washed on a schedule you pick, not each turnover.
Outdoor cushions and beach towels
Added when you ask.
Questions about linens
Do you bring linens?
No. We wash and make up yours. Keep your spare sets at the house or tell us where they live.
What if a set is missing after a stay?
It shows in the count and in your report, with a note. Whether a guest owes for it is for you and your booking platform.
Can you use fragrance-free detergent?
Yes, on request. Say so when we write your quote.
Add linens to your turnover
