You pick the counts. If you want us to buy supplies, we bill them at cost with receipts, and we write down what is running low.
Paper goods
Toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, napkins.
Bath
Soap, shampoo and conditioner, from your refills.
Kitchen
Coffee filters, dish soap, sponges, trash bags, dishwasher pods.
Beach
Beach towels and chairs back where they live, sunscreen left for you to restock.

Questions about the report
Can my property manager get it too?
Yes. Give us the address and we copy them on every report.
Do you keep the photos?
We keep them for the length of time in your agreement, so there is a record if a guest or a platform asks.
What if you find damage?
We photograph it and text you within the hour, before we do anything about it. The guest-mess page has the full policy.
